How long does my order take to arrive?

My item arrive damaged. What do I do?

Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?
To get your items to you ASAP, we sometimes need to ship different items from different locations like our multiple distribution centers!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Please note that depending where you are, it can take a little bit longer for your order to get to you!
I put the wrong address in! What do I do??
Once an order is placed and confirmed, we are scheduled to get on it right away! In some cases, you may send in an e-mail regarding your purchase within the first hour, and we will be able to change it!
My item is backordered, what does that mean?
It means that the item you purchased has been running hot and popular lately that we need some time to get it restocked and shipped to you! Backorder shipping dates are subject to change. We will email you with any date changes regarding your order!
